1. If you receive bent or curled side brushes due to rough shipping, please don’t worry and just recover them by simply soaking them in warm water for 15 seconds. It will not affect the quality and performance. To keep your RoboVac running at peak performance, we suggest you changing the consumable replenishment parts every 2~3 months, depending on your using frequency.
2. If you find that your robovac is noisy or doesn't work, please kindly check whether the roller brush is stuck due to not cleaning hairs for a long time.
3. About the cleaning of filters:Using the cleaning tool to clean the dust of filters, then rinse it out with water, and it will be usable again. Be careful not to soak it, as the paper filter might get destroyed, but a quick rinse, shake it out good, then let it dry completely will extend its life.

You may be qualified for a Returnless Replacement or Refund, without having to send the item(s) back. We will review your email, and will either process the refund directly or provide you with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.
Upon receiving and processing the return package, if the returned item or its packaging is not in its original condition, we may deduct a Disposal Fee from the refund, up to 50% of the original purchase price of the item. If the item was already damaged, defective, or missing parts when it was first delivered to you, then no Disposal Fee will be applied. The same is true for items that were sent by mistake instead of what was originally ordered.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail for a flat fee, and can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority with an additional charge. Orders over a certain amount may be be eligible for free shipping. Some orders are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail for free depending on the items purchased.
International shipping (outside of the U.S.) are temporarily unavailable.
Most orders placed before 1:00 pm from Monday to Friday are scheduled to ship on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are scheduled to ship on the next business day.
