If your recently-purchased WOWparts are experiencing a manufacturing defect within 60-days of the date of purchase, we are happy to honor a return for store credit or exchange. Returns for full refunds can be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

While most manufacturing errors should present themselves within 60 days, we recognize that there will be some issues that may arise following that window. If you are experiencing a quality issue due to a WOWparts manufacturing defect, please contact us and include the associated order number, a photograph of the issue being reported, Our team will work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

Once your package has departed our warehouse facility, we’ll email you your associated tracking information and you can keep an eye on the order status there.

Please note that orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will generally depart our warehouse with the carrier that day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, or on weekends, will depart from our warehouse with the carrier the following business day.
