To start the return process, please send us an email at sales@wowparts.com. Be sure to include the following information:

- 2. Why you would like to return it?
- 3. What you would like to receive? ( Replacement / Exchange / Refund / Store Credit )
- 4. A picture that clearly shows the product to be returned and any issues it may have.
You may be qualified for a Returnless Replacement or Refund, without having to send the item(s) back. We will review your email, and will either process the refund directly or provide you with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.
Upon receiving and processing the return package, if the returned item or its packaging is not in its original condition, we may deduct a Disposal Fee from the refund, up to 50% of the original purchase price of the item. If the item was already damaged, defective, or missing parts when it was first delivered to you, then no Disposal Fee will be applied. The same is true for items that were sent by mistake instead of what was originally ordered.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail for a flat fee, and can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority with an additional charge. Orders over a certain amount may be be eligible for free shipping. Some orders are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail for free depending on the items purchased.
International shipping (outside of the U.S.) are temporarily unavailable.
Most orders placed before 1:00 pm from Monday to Friday are scheduled to ship on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are scheduled to ship on the next business day.
