How to Use:
Step 1: Connect the end (f-male) of an attached coaxial cable to the ANT/IN connector on the back of the TV or DVB-T tuner.
Step 2: In the TV’s setup menu, set the tuner mode to “Antenna” or “Air”. For more detailed instructions, please refer to your TV manual.
Step 3: In the TV’s setup menu, set the TV to “scan” for channels. This can sometimes be listed as auto-program, auto-scan, channel search, or channel scan. Consult the TV manual for detailed instructions.
Step 4: If the reception is sporadic, try moving the antenna to another location and rescanning the TV until the optimal position is found.
Step 5: Fix the antenna at the optimal position you found.
Note:
- Placing the antenna higher or close to/in a window may result in better reception. You must rescan whenever you move the antenna.
- If you use a flat HDTV, please go through your TV manual to make sure your TV comes with a built-in tuner for Freeview.
- You need to retune your Freeview TVs and digital receiver from time to time to ensure you are receiving all available services. Retuning takes only a few minutes and can be done with your remote control.
- TV reception capacity depends on the distance between your home, the transmitting tower, and surrounding environments.
- The antenna can pass through 2~3-storey walls. If the tower is over it, the antenna signal might experience some interference.
- The antenna supports 1080P, 720P, and 4K, ASTC, and more, but not all TV sets and living places can receive these signals. Many United States customers living in the countryside or suburbs may not know how to use it and may place the antenna near magnetic products, which also interferes with the signal. The antenna should be placed far away from magnetic products and in a window, facing outside.
- The antenna must be used with a new TV set. If customers still use an old model TV set, they cannot receive any TV channels. A TV BOX is needed, which can be used with a new TV set that includes the TV box transfer model. The antenna uses an analog signal and needs to transfer to a digital signal.

You may be qualified for a Returnless Replacement or Refund, without having to send the item(s) back. We will review your email, and will either process the refund directly or provide you with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.
Upon receiving and processing the return package, if the returned item or its packaging is not in its original condition, we may deduct a Disposal Fee from the refund, up to 50% of the original purchase price of the item. If the item was already damaged, defective, or missing parts when it was first delivered to you, then no Disposal Fee will be applied. The same is true for items that were sent by mistake instead of what was originally ordered.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail for a flat fee, and can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority with an additional charge. Orders over a certain amount may be be eligible for free shipping. Some orders are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail for free depending on the items purchased.
International shipping (outside of the U.S.) are temporarily unavailable.
Most orders placed before 1:00 pm from Monday to Friday are scheduled to ship on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are scheduled to ship on the next business day.
