Return Policy

30 Days Money Back Guarantee Return Policy for most products

Under this policy, you may return products that you purchased directly from WOWParts within the applicable return policy for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping, handling and applicable restocking fees. 

Restock fees or Disposal fees will apply in the following scenarios:

-----25% restocking fee will be applied in any of the following conditions:

Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the item has not been properly repackaged and requires repackaging by WOWParts

------25% restocking fee will be applied in the following conditions:

Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the original packaging has been damaged and required new packaging to be used to repackage the item.  In order to help prevent damage to the original packaging, please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to WOWParts

-----50% disposal fee will be applied in the following conditions:

Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the item has been damaged during inbound transit.  In order to help prevent damage to the item in transit please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to WOWParts

Shipping Issues:
If your item was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to take care of it.  We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable solution. If this cannot be achieved due to inventory issues or technical matters, we will provide you with a full refund.

If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Condition Related Returns:

We take great detail into consideration when describing our items’ condition. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of purchase), and we'll do our very best to find you a solution. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original payment amount.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in "New" or "Like New" condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a reduced refund value. The reduced value will be determined after our inspection of the product to determine the level of use. You will be notified of the reduced refund value after inspection and before a refund is issued.

Defective Item:

~ If the item is defective within the first 30 days of order (from date of purchase), we will send replacement at no extra cost for customer. Please contact us for more details.

~ Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty information.

Item(s) that are non-returnable:

~ Software/CD

~ Used screen protector (we will gladly provide replacement if the item is received damaged)

~ All Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets and earphone. These are hygienic specific item, and the manufacturers no longer restock them due to hygienic issues. We will accept return if the items are originally in bulk-packaging.


We usually process and send replacement within 3 business days from the day we receive your package. All replacement will be sent out using standard shipping. Please allow 5-7 shipping days for final delivery.


Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of the return package.
